Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may result in additional charges or delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, logos, images, trademarks, and other materials are authorized for their use. Timely Signs is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues resulting from customer-supplied materials.

Artwork quality may affect the final product. Our team will contact you when possible if submitted files require adjustments or additional setup.

Pricing varies based on product, quantity, materials, size, customization, production requirements, and other specifications. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request and may change if project specifications change.

Payment terms and deposits may vary depending on the project. Orders may require payment or a deposit before production begins.

Production times vary by product and begin after all necessary artwork, specifications, approvals, and required payments have been received.

Rush and same-day services may be available for select products but are not guaranteed unless confirmed by Timely Signs.

Colors displayed on computer and mobile screens may differ from the final printed or manufactured product. Minor variations in color, material, size, placement, and appearance may occur between production methods, materials, and individual product batches.

Timely Signs retains ownership of original designs, concepts, layouts, proofs, and other creative work produced by our team unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Customers retain ownership of logos, trademarks, and other materials they provide to us, subject to their respective ownership rights.
